Correct use of the Anti Snore Chin Strap
When you start using the anti snoring chin strap, do try for at least a few days to about 1 week, and ask your partner to observe if your snoring reduces before you conclude it does not help.
Also, do follow the instruction below for correct usage, for maximum effectiveness.
* Ensure that your lower jaw position is aligned with your upper jaw, or the lower jaw is slightly in the forward position, and put the centre of the chin strap under the chin, while the other ends are comfortably stretch over the top of the head, where the Velcro end is being strap together. The 2 side opening slots are for both of your ears to be slotted into. See the photo.
